Beskrivelse: PolarSafe Dots are made from chemically inert polyester with a unique adhesive formulated to adhere to laboratory glass and plastic ware. These dots will not only withstand conventional freezing (−80 °C) but can also be used for most cryogenic storage applications (vapour phase nitrogen storage at −196 °C). No need for separate labelling solutions for your cryo-preservation units and your ultra low freezers. The labels can even be used in incubators. PolarSafe Dots do not require self lamination to be effective. The sleeker labels mean your tubes will still fit most storage systems without the label sticking or being torn off. The wide range of sizes allow you to label your whole experiment permanently, from micro-centrifuge tube to cryovial, microtiter plate to storage boxes.

The gasket is a co-molded thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) layer, which prevents leaking, slipping and risk of contamination. The gasket is 95 kPa certified to provide a leak-proof seal. These vials are sterile and individually barcoded with a unique identifier which can be read with common barcode readers. Beskrivelse: Immediately after delivery, place the passage kit in the dark at −20 °C. Prior use thaw the passage kit. After thawing store the passage kit in the dark at 2 °C to 8 °C for a maximum of 4 weeks. Take care: After thawing shelf time is limited to 4 weeks.
After thawing the passage kit can be stored in the dark at 2 °C to 8 °C for up to 1 month. Do not heat the kit over 37 °C or use uncontrollable sources of heat (e.g. microwave appliances).
Do not refreeze the kit. This can lead to high salt concentrations by freezing out pure water which will cause irreversible damage.
Overtrypsination causes irreversible damage.
Because of the tryptic activity of this passage kit, do not exceed the recommended incubation period. Exposing the cells too long will cause irreversible damages to your culture.

Beskrivelse: The Mammalian β-Galactosidase Assay Reagent Kit is a simple and versatile assay to measure β-galactosidase activity in cultured mammalian cells. Cells grown on a plate may be lysed and tested for β-galactosidase activity by adding a single all-in-one lysis-and-assay solution. Alternatively, M-PER™ Mammalian Protein Extraction Reagent may be used to prepare lysate from washed adherent or pelleted cells, and then a portion of the lysate used to assay for β-galactosidase activity. With M-PER Reagent, there is no need to scrape cells or to perform freeze-thaw cycles. The remaining lysates prepared with M-PER™ Reagent may be used for applications such as reporter assays (luciferase, β-galactosidase and chloramphenical acetyltransferase), protein kinase assays (PKA, PKC, and tyrosine kinase), immunoassays (Western blot, ELISA, RIA) and protein purification.
